All scheduled appointments receive a confirmation message 48 hours before the appointment date. If a cancellation is needed, all clients must cancel 48 hrs before the appointment. All clients that do not cancel within 48 hrs and wish to reschedule, must pay 100% of the missed service in order to request a future appointment.

Running late happens. Please communicate in advance a late arrival. All late arrivals over 15 mins past the appointment time may be asked to reschedule to respect other appointments.
